I just began this new series with my young people after the Green Day song, “Wake me up when September ends.” Moving on from a chapter in our lives that was painful, great, dark, or even bright can be a hard transition. Well any transition or change in our lives is hard to deal with! God has a plan for our lives, he wants us to keep moving on to His Awakening love!
God has a promise that will help us through every struggle we face, every mountain we may have to climb, and ever dark hour we wish we could escape from. In Matthew 28:20 And surely I am with you always to the very end of the age!
This is the Christian’s divine answer to ever fear, every doubt, every trouble, every heartache and every discouragement!
I have been afraid before. I have doubted my own personal relationship with God before. I have had trouble in my lifetime. I have felt heartache and discouragement, and you have too! That’s why we all need to remember that if we are in an intimate communion with God that the next chapter will lead us to a triumph of faith- God’s awakening love!
Do you have courage to be God’s love! He loves you, but do you have the courage to be HIS?
