Men’s Restroom!

Here is quiet the random post today! Have fun laughing at this one!

This past weekend I was invited to attend the Rock & Worship Roadshow with some friends from the coolest church ever, Free Life! All the best bands were there, mainly my fav, Sidewalk Prophets! The night began with a trip to Wal-mart to get money from the ATM, then a quick trip over to our friend’s house that we were going to ride with for the night! I was scared out of my mind as we went 70 around curves all the way to Huntsville, I thought for sure this was the end of me. lol. We get to the concert to find out the place is almost packed. We got these really cool nose bleed seats right beside the stage! Pretty cool view! The place was slammed crammed!

I was beginning to feel the urge of the bladder, so I nudged my friend to go with me to the restroom. Of course us girls always have to go together! We come down the stairs and head towards the bathroom and my friend was trucking it! She wasn’t paying any attention to anything or anyone, even the fact that the restroom she was headed for had a boy with pants on, on the outside of the entrance! We began to call out her name to caution her, she never heard us, so we screamed her name and she never heard us, the next thing we know there she went right into the Men’s Bathroom to be greeted by a Janitor who said, Mam you can’t be in here! To her surprise she realized and came barreling out of there to be greeted by two laughing hyenas! It was the funniest thing I have ever seen!

I said all of that to say this! So many times in our walks of life we are trucking it down the highway and we don’t realize what we are headed to. Maybe your mom, dad, Youth Pastor, teacher, friend, has warned you many times, but you can’t seem to hear them from your concentration to where you are headed. We need to put God’s eyes on this week and start looking from his perspective in our lives. We need to put God’s ears on and start listening to his voice! We must be sensitive to the Spirit of God, or we may walk right into the very thing we would never want to be apart of. God is screaming out our names in caution, are we listening?

And then to end this special night, the men & teenagers behind us were smoking pot, which made the night a little hazy! lol.
